Below is a listing of registered and pending trademarks held by Maxeon Solar Pte Ltd.

Note: SUNPOWER is a registered trademark of SunPower Corporation in the United States of America.

General Guidelines

1. Except as permitted by law, agreement or herein, you may not use Maxeon trademarks or materials unless you receive express written permission.
2. Any permitted use must include proper descriptors when identifying branded products.
3. Maxeon trademarks must be used as adjectives – never as a noun or a verb and never in the plural or possessive form.
4. Maxeon trademarks cannot be used in a manner that may imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement unless such a relationship has been established in writing with Maxeon.
5. When using Maxeon’s trademarks in the United States, include the appropriate ™ or ® symbol on first use. For uses outside of the United Stated, do not include trademark symbols, but include the following trademark notice, using MAXEON as an example: “MAXEON is a registered trademark of Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd., in the United States of America and other countries.” Attribution can also be accomplished by referencing this website: “MAXEON is a registered trademark. View maxeon.com/trademarks for more information.”
