Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”) is aware that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (“FDIC”) has taken control of Silicon Valley Bank (“Silicon Valley Bank”) and on March 12, 2023, a joint statement from the United States Treasury Department, Federal Reservce and FDIC was made with respect to depositors in Silicon Valley Bank, amongst other banks, and certain other matters. The Company does not hold any deposits or securities, or maintain any accounts or have any other direct investments, with Silicon Valley Bank.
